From October 28-30, PCC members, sponsors, vendors, speakers, and guests attended the PCC fall conference. We hosted a day and a half of education focusing on human resource, electric requirements, engineering and resiliency, and port operations. Attendees also boarded water taxis to cross the water and tour the Victoria International Marina.
